أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ قَالَ:
كُتِبَ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي مُكَاتَبٍ يَمُوتُ وَلَهُ وَلَدٌ أَحْرَارٌ، فَكَتَبَ: " إِنَّمَا كَاتَبَ بِمَالِ سَيِّدِهِ فَهُوَ وَمَالُهُ لِسَيِّدِهِ حَتَّى يَعْتِقَ
