أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَقَتَادَةَ، قَالَا:
إِذَا مَاتَ الْمُكَاتَبُ وَلَهُ وَلَدٌ أَحْرَارٌ، فَالْمَالُ لِسَيِّدِهِ
