عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
الْمُكَاتَبَةُ إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ عَتَقَ وَلَدُهَا، إِذَا وُلِدُوا فِي كِتَابَتِهَا، وَأُمُّ الْوَلَدِ إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ لَمْ يَعْتِقْ وَلَدُهَا حَتَّى يَمُوتَ سَيِّدُهَا ".
