عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لَهُ: كَاتَبْتُهُ يَوْمَ كَاتَبْتُهُ وَلَا وَلَدَ لَهُ فَحَدَثَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ، فَكَانُوا فِي كِتَابَتِهِ، فَمَاتَ أَبُوهُمْ، قَالَ: فَهُمْ عَلَى كِتَابَةِ أَبِيهِمْ، لَا يُوضَعُ عَنْهُمْ بِهِ شَيْءٌ "، قُلْتُ: فَمَاتَ مِنْ بَنِيهِ مَيِّتٌ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا يُوضَعُ عَنْ أَبِيهِمْ شَيْءٌ "، قُلْتُ: فَأَعْتَقْتُ أَبَاهُمْ قَالَ: " عَتَقَ بَنُوهُ "، قُلْتُ: فَأَعْتَقْتُ مِنْ بَنِيهِ قَالَ: " لَا يُوضَعُ عَنْ أَبِيهِمْ شَيْءٌ
