عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قَالَ لِي عَطَاءٌ: " وَإِنْ كَاتَبْتَهُ وَلَا وَلَدَ لَهُ، ثُمَّ وُلِدَ لَهُ مِنْ سُرِّيَّةٍ لَهُ، فَمَاتَ أَبُوهُمْ لَمْ يُوضَعْ عَنْهُمْ، فَإِنْ أَعْتَقَ مِنْهُمْ إِنْسَانًا، لَمْ يَعْتِقْ عَنْهُمْ فِيهِ شَيْءٌ مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِي كِتَابَةِ أَبِيهِ ".
