عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
الْمُكَاتَبَةُ إِذَا عَتَقَتْ عَتَقَ وَلَدُهَا، إِذَا وُلِدُوا فِي كِتَابَتِهَا، وَأُمُّ الْوَلَدِ إِذَا عَتَقَتْ لَمْ يَعْتِقْ وَلَدُهَا
