قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ كَاتَبَ عَبْدَهُ، أَوْ قَاطَعَهُ وَكَتَمَهُ مَالًا رَقِيقًا، أَوْ عَيْنًا، أَوْ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ قَالَ: " هُوَ لِلْعَبْدِ
