أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَشْهَدَ عَلَى شَهَادَتِهِ رَجُلًا، فَقَضَى الْقَاضِي بِشَهَادَتِهِ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ الشَّاهِدُ الَّذِي شَهِدَ عَلَى شَهَادَتِهِ فَقَالَ: لَمْ أَشْهَدْ بِشَيْءٍ قَالَ: يَقُولُ: " إِذَا قَضَى الْقَاضِي مَضَى الْحُكْمُ
