عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْسَانًا يُصَلِّي وَعَلَيْهِ طَاقٌ فِي بَرْدٍ فَجَعَلَ يَسْجُدُ عَلَى طَاقِهِ وَلَا يُخْرِجُ يَدَيْهِ، قَالَ: لَا يَضُرُّهُ، قُلْتُ: فَلِغَيْرِ بَرْدٍ ؟ قَالَ: أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ أَنْ يُسَوِّيَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَبَيْنَ الْأَرْضِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ فَلَا حَرَجَ، قُلْتُ: أَحَبُّ إِلَيْكَ أَنْ لَا يُصَلِّيَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ إِلَّا عَلَى الْأَرْضِ وَيَدَعُ ذَلِكَ كُلَّهُ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ
Translation
✧ I said to 'Ata': What do you think of a person praying while wearing a cloak in cold weather, and he prostrates on his cloak without taking out his hands? He said: It does not harm him. I said: What if it is not cold? He said: I prefer that he put both of them on the ground; but if he does not do that, there is no harm. I said: Do you prefer that he not pray on anything except the ground, and leave all that? He said: Yes.
