أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ قَالَ:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّسَاءِ فِي الطَّلَاقِ، وَالنِّكَاحِ، وَالْحُدُودِ، وَالدِّمَاءِ
