أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
شَهِدْتُ شُرَيْحًا، وَخَاصَمَ إِلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ فِي دَيْنٍ يَطْلُبُهُ أَجَلٌ [١]، فَقَالَ آخَرُ يَعْذُرُ صَاحِبَهُ: إِنَّهُ مُعْسِرٌ، وَقَدْ قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَإِنْ كَانَ ذُو عُسْرَةٍ فَنَظِرَةٌ إِلَى مَيْسَرَةٍ ﴾فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: " هَذِهِ كَانَتْ فِي الرِّبَا، وَإِنَّمَا كَانَ الرِّبَا فِي الْأَنْصَارِ، وَإِنَّ اللهَ يَقُولُ: ﴿أَنْ تُؤَدُّوا الأَمَانَاتِ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا وَإِذَا حَكَمْتُمْ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ أَنْ تَحْكُمُوا بِالْعَدْلِ ﴾[٢]"، وَلَا وَاللهِ لَا يَأْمُرُ اللهُ بِأَمْرٍ تُخَالِفُوهُ، احْبِسُوهُ إِلَى جَنْبِ هَذِهِ السَّارِيَةِ حَتَّى يُوَفِّيَهُ
