أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
اعْتَرَفَ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَ شُرَيْحٍ بِأَمْرٍ ثُمَّ أَنْكَرَهُ، " فَقَضَى عَلَيْهِ بِاعْتِرَافِهِ، فَقَالَ: أَتَقْضِي عَلَيَّ بِغَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ ؟ فَقَالَ: " شَهِدَ عَلَيْكَ ابْنُ أُخْتِ خَالِكَ
