أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَضَى الْقَاضِي بِخِلَافِ كِتَابِ اللهِ، أَوْ سُنَّةِ نَبِيِّ اللهِ، أَوْ شَيْءٍ مُجْتَمَعٍ عَلَيْهِ - فَإِنَّ الْقَاضِيَ بَعْدَهُ يَرُدُّهُ، فَإِنْ كَانَ شَيْئًا بِرَأْيِ النَّاسِ لَمْ يَرُدَّهُ، وَيُحَمِّلُ ذَلِكَ مَا تَحَمَّلَ ".
