أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ:
إِذَا ابْتَعْتَ بَيْعًا فَاسْتَزَدْتَ شَيْئًا، ثُمَّ وَجَدْتَ بِالْبَيْعِ عَيْبًا فَرَدَدْتَهُ، فَرُدَّ الزِّيَادَةَ وَالْبَيْعَ جَمِيعًا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ أَنْ يُسَلِّمَ إِلَيْكَ الزِّيَادَةَ ".
