أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ مَعْمَرًا عَنْ شَرِيكَيْنِ اقْتَسَمَا غُرَمَاءَ فَأَخَذَ هَذَا بَعْضَهُمْ، وَهَذَا بَعْضَهُمْ، فَتَوِيَ نَصِيبُ أَحَدِهِمْ، وَخَرَجَ نَصِيبُ الْآخَرِ، فَقَالَ: كَانَ الْحَسَنُ يَقُولُ: " إِذَا أَبْرَأَهُ مِنْهُمْ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ
