أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَذِنَ الرَّجُلُ لِعَبْدِهِ فِي التَّزْوِيجِ، فَتَزَوَّجَ فَالْمَهْرُ فِي رَقَبَةِ الْعَبْدِ، وَإِذَا تَحَمَّلَ بِالْمَهْرِ فَعَلَيْهِ مَا تَحَمَّلَ بِهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْعَبْدِ
