أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ:
إِنَّ امْرَأَةً شَهِدَ عَلَيْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ عُدُولٌ بِالزِّنَا، وَأَتَى أَرْبَعَةٌ عُدُولٌ فَشَهِدُوا بِاللهِ: لَكَانَتْ عِنْدَنَا لَيْلَةَ شَهِدَ هَؤُلَاءِ رَأَوْهَا تَزْنِي، وَإِنَّ هَؤُلَاءِ لَكَذَبَةٌ أَثَمَةٌ، وَكِلَا الْفَرِيقَيْنِ عُدُولٌ مَقْبُولَةٌ شَهَادَتُهُمْ، سَوَاءٌ عَدْلُهُمْ. قَالَ: " يُجْلَدُ الَّذِينَ قَفَوْهَا، إِذَا سَمَّوْا لَيْلَةً وَاحِدَةً لَا يَخْتَلِفُونَ فِيهَا ".
