أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ تَمِيمَ بْنَ طَرَفَةَ الطَّائِيَّ يَقُولُ:
جَاءَ رَجُلَانِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَدَّعِيَانِ جَمَلًا، فَأَقَامَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا شَهِيدَيْنِ أَنَّهُ نَتَجَهُ، وَأَنَّهُ لَهُ - فَقَضَى بِهِ بَيْنَهُمَا
