أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ قَالَ: بَلَغَنِي عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
فَصْلُ الْخِطَابِ: الشَّاهِدَانِ عَلَى الْمُدَّعِي، وَالْيَمِينُ عَلَى مَنْ أَنْكَرَ.
