أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ:
سَمِعْنَا أَنَّ الْمُفَلَّسَ مَا لَمْ يُصَحْ بِهِ فَأَمْرُهُ جَائِزٌ، فَإِذَا صِيحَ بِهِ فَلَا حَدَثَ لَهُ فِي مَالِهِ
