أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
شَهِدْتُ شُرَيْحًا، وَجَاءَهُ رَجُلَانِ يَخْتَصِمَانِ فِي شَاةٍ بَاعَهَا أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ بِعِشْرِينَ دِرْهَمًا، وَهُوَ شَرِيكٌ فِيهَا، فَبَاعَهَا الْمُشْتَرِي بِأَحَدٍ وَعِشْرِينَ دِرْهَمًا، فَذَهَبَ بِهَا الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهَا وَبِالدِّرْهَمِ. فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ، فَقَالَ لِلَّذِي بَاعَ: " إِنَّكَ أَرَدْتَ الرِّبَا فَلَمْ يَرْبُ لَكَ، إِنَّمَا كَانَ شَرِيكً فِي دِرْهَمٍ وَاحِدٍ
