أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
إِنْ هَلَكَ عَلَى يَدِ غَيْرِهِ فَلَيْسَ بِمَقْبُوضٍ. قَالَ: " هُوَ فِيهِ وَالْغُرَمَاءُ سَوَاءٌ
