أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:
رَهَنَ رَجُلٌ دَارَهُ بِخَمْسِمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ، فَقَالَ صَاحِبُ الدَّرَاهِمِ: إِنْ لَمْ تَأْتِنِي بِمَالِي إِلَى كَذَا وَكَذَا فَدَارُكَ لِي بِمَا أَطْلُبُكَ بِهِ، فَلَمْ يَجِئْ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَجَاءَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ. فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ، فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: " إِنْ أَخْطَأَتْ يَدُهُ رِجْلَهُ ذَهَبَتْ دَارُهُ، ارْدُدْ إِلَيْهِ دَارَهُ، وَخُذْ مَالَكَ
