أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ الشَّعْبِيُّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اسْتَأْجَرَ دَابَّةً إِلَى مَكَانٍ، فَقَضَى حَاجَتَهُ دُونَ ذَلِكَ الْمَكَانِ - قَالَ: " لَهُ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ بِقَدْرِ ذَلِكَ الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي انْتَهَى إِلَيْهِ
