أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اكْتَرَى بَعِيرًا، فَمَاتَ الرَّجُلُ فِي الطَّرِيقِ - قَالَ: " إِنْ كَانَ الْبَعِيرُ يَرْجِعُ خَالِيًا لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ فَأَرَى لَهُ قَدْرَ مَا رُكِبَ بَعِيرُهُ
