أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
أَبَقَ غُلَامٌ لِرَجُلٍ، فَعَلِمَ مَكَانَهُ آخَرُ، فَقَالَ: بِعْنِي غُلَامَكَ ! فَاشْتَرَاهُ مِنْهُ، فَخَاصَمَهُ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، فَسَمِعْتُ شُرَيْحًا يَقُولُ: " أَكُنْتَ أَعْلَمْتَهُ مَكَانَهُ ثُمَّ اشْتَرَيْتَهُ ؟ فَرَدَّ الْبَيْعَ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَعْلَمَهُ
