أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُهُ يَسْأَلُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَخَذَ عَبْدًا آبِقًا، فَأَبَقَ مِنْهُ - قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ ضَمَانٌ
