أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ
فِي نَصْرَانِيٍّ سَلَّفَ نَصْرَانِيًّا فِي خَمْرٍ، ثُمَّ أَسْلَمَ أَحَدُهُمَا فَقَالَ: " لَهُ رَأْسُ مَالِهِ. وَإِذَا أَقْرَضَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ خَمْرًا؛ فَإِنْ أَسْلَمَ الْمُقْرِضُ لَمْ يَأْخُذْ شَيْئًا، وَإِنْ أَسْلَمَ الْمُسْتَقْرِضُ رَدَّ عَلَى النَّصْرَانِيِّ ثَمَنَ الْخَمْرِ
