أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ خَالَةٍ لِي
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ مُجَاهِدًا قَالَ: قُلْتُ: بِعْتُ مِنْ رَجُلٍ حَرِيرَةً بِدِينَارٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ، فَلَمَّا حَضَرَهُ الْأَجَلُ وَجَدْتُ مَعَهُ حَرِيرَهُ - آخُذُهُ مِنْهُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا تَأْخُذْهُ إِلَّا بِأَكْثَرَ مِمَّا بِعْتَهُ مِنْهُ إِذَا كَانَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ، فَإِنْ خَرَجَ مِنْ يَدِهِ إِلَى غَيْرِهِ فَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تَبْتَاعَهُ بِمَا شِئْتَ
