لَيْسَ عَلَى الشَّرِيكِ ضَمَانٌ إِذَا كَفَلَ لِشَرِيكِهِ عَنْ غَرِيمٍ لَهُمَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَنْبَغِي لِأَحَدِهِمَا أَنْ يَسْتَوْفِيَ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِ
