أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
مَا رُئِيَ مِنَ الدَّاءِ فَإِنَّهُ يُحَلَّفُ عَلَى الْبَتَّةِ، وَمَا لَمْ يُرَ فَيُحَلَّفُ عَلَى الْعِلْمِ
