أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا وَجَدَ بِهَا عَيْبًا، وَقَدْ وَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا - فَإِنْ كَانَتْ بِكْرًا رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا الْعُشْرَ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ ثَيِّبًا فَنِصْفَ الْعُشْرِ
