أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ كُلَيْبِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: جَاءَنِي دِهْقَانٌ عَظِيمُ الْخَرَاجِ، فَتَقَبَّلْتُ عَنْهُ بِخَرَاجِهِ. فَأَتَانِي، فَكَسَرَ صَكَّهُ، وَأَدَّى مَا عَلَيْهِ. ثُمَّ حَمَلَنِي عَلَى بِرْذَوْنٍ، وَكَسَانِي حُلَّةً. قَالَ: " أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ لَمْ تَتَقَبَّلْ مِنْهُ، أَكَانَ يُعْطِيكَ هَذَا ؟ " قَالَ: قُلْتُ: لَا. قَالَ: " فَلَا إِذًا
