أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ
فِي رَجُلٍ كَانَ لَهُ عَلَى رَجُلٍ طَعَامًا بِجُدَّةَ، فَحَمَلَهُ إِلَى مَكَّةَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَعْطِنِي كِرَاءَهُ الَّذِي حَمَلْتُهُ بِهِ مِنْ جُدَّةَ - قَالَ: " لَيْسَ لَهُ كِرَاءٌ إِنْ طَابَتْ نَفْسُهُ إِلَى أَنْ يُوَفِّيَهُ إِيَّاهُ بِمَكَّةَ
