✧ A man asked ʿAṭāʾ, saying: On my back there is skin with sores whose pus has filled my clothes, and washing has become burdensome for me. He said: Can you put a drying powder on it to dry them? He said: No. He said: Then pray and do not wash your garment, for God is most accepting of excuses.
