أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْلَمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي طُوَالَةَ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ قَالَ:
لَا شُفْعَةَ فِي بِئْرٍ، وَلَا فَحْلٍ
