أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
اشْتَرَى رَجُلٌ مِنْ رَجُلٍ بَيْعًا فَقَالَ: إِنْ جِئْتَنِي بِالنَّقْدِ إِلَى يَوْمِ كَذَا وَكَذَا، وَإِلَّا فَلَا بَيْعَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ. فَجَاءَهُ مِنَ الْغَدِ، فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ، فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: " أَنْتَ أَخْلَفْتَهُ. !
