أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ
فِي رَجُلٍ بَاعَ ثَوْبًا، فَقَالَ: قَدْ أَخَذْتُهُ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا، أَيَشْتَرِطُ إِنْ رَضِيتُهُ ؟ قَالَ: إِذَا لَمْ يُوَقِّتْ لِلرِّضَى أَجَلًا فَالْبَيْعُ مَرْدُودٌ، أَيُّهُمَا شَاءَ رَدَّهُ
