أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ - أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا، أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ
