أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَهُ سَهْمٌ فِي غُنْمٍ، أَيَبِيعُهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ. فَقُلْتُ: قَدْ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمَغَانِمِ حَتَّى تُقَسَّمَ ! قَالَ: " إِنَّ الْمَغَانِمَ يَكُونُ فِيهَا الذَّهَبُ وَالْفِضَّةُ
