أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
لَا بَأْسَ فِي شَرِيكَيْنِ بَيْنَهُمَا مَتَاعٌ، أَوْ عَرَضٌ لَا يُكَالُ وَلَا يُوزَنُ، لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَسْتَبْرِئَهُ مِنْهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْتَسِمَا
