أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَا:
الضَّمَانُ عَلَى الْبَائِعِ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ الْمُبْتَاعُ.
