أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
إِذَا ابْتَاعَ رَجُلٌ مِنْكَ شَيْئًا عَلَى صِفَةٍ، فَلَمْ تُخَالِفْ مَا وَصَفْتَ لَهُ - فَقَدْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْبَيْعُ
