عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
كَانَ ﷺ" data-href="/encyclopedia/rawi/p-22587" tabindex="0" role="link">الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدْ رِدَاءً يُصَلِّي فِيهِ طَرَحَ عَلَى كَتِفَيْهِ - أَوْ قَالَ: عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ - عِقَالًا
Translation
✧ When one of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ did not find a cloak to pray in, he would throw a rope on his shoulders—or he said: on his upper arm.
