أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ خَالَةٍ لِي
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ مُجَاهِدًا قَالَ: قُلْتُ: بِعْتُ مِنْ رَجُلٍ حَرِيرًا بِدِينَارٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ، فَلَمَّا حَلَّ الْأَجَلُ وَجَدْتُ مَعَهُ حَرِيرًا؛ آخُذُهُ مِنْهُ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا تَأْخُذْهُ إِلَّا بِأَكْثَرَ مِمَّا بِعْتَهُ مِنْهُ.
