أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: إِنْ عَرَفَ مَوَالِيهِ أَنَّهُ ابْنُهُ فَخَاصَمُوهُ فِي مِيرَاثِهِ قَالَ: " يَرِثُهُ أَبُوهُ إِذَا عَرَفُوا أَنَّهُ ابْنُهُ، وَلَكِنْ إِنْ أَنْكَرُوا أَنَّهُ ابْنُهُ كَانَ مِيرَاثُهُ لَهُمْ
