سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ طَاوُسٍ: كَيْفَ كَانَ أَبُوكَ يَقُولُ فِي وَلَدِ الزِّنَا يَعْتِقُهُ سَيِّدُهُ، ثُمَّ يَسْتَلْحِقُهُ أَبُوهُ، وَيُخَلِّي مَوَالِيهِ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَبِيهِ ؟ قَالَ: كَانَ يَقُولُ: " لَا يَرِثُ
