عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَعَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ
، فِي الَّذِي يَدَّعِي الْوَلَدَ مِنَ الْأَمَةِ أَوِ الْحُرَّةِ لَا يُنَازِعُهُ فِيهِ أَحَدٌ، قَالَا: " لَا يَرِثُهُ، إِنَّهُ كَانَ سِفَاحًا
