أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: رَجُلٌ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ أَرْبَعَ مَرَّاتٍ: قَدْ زَنَيْتُ بِفُلَانَةَ، وَسَمَّاهَا، قَالَ: " يُجْلَدُ مِائَةً إِنْ كَانَ بِكْرًا، وَيُنْفَى سَنَةً، وَيُرْجَمُ إِنْ كَانَ ثَيِّبًا "، قُلْتُ: أَفَلَا يُحَدُّ بِمَا قَالَ ؟ قَالَ: " حَسْبُهُ حَدٌّ وَاحِدٌ "، قُلْتُ: فَإِنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ: لَا تُحَدُّ هِيَ، وَلَا بُدَّ إِنْ صَدَّقْتَهُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ صَدَّقْتَهُ عَلَيْهَا، قَالَ: " بَلْ أُصَدِّقُهُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ، وَلَا أُصَدِّقُهُ عَلَيْهَا
