عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
إِذَا اسْتُكْرِهَتِ الْأَمَةُ ثَيِّبًا فَنِصْفُ عُشْرِ ثَمَنِهَا، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ بِكْرًا فَالْعُشْرُ
